This winter has really given the swedish photographers a chance to practice white backdrops and low contrast shooting. Now I also know that the M9 works fine with gloves which is great news! Conformity and grouping of textures is somewhat easier with so much white around. Note that the white balance is often slightly off at the auto setting on most cameras in these conditions!
Here's another portrait from a distance, the person placed dead centre to symbolize the enormous amounts of snow in all directions. In this particular scene a standard closeup is ofcourse also a go since there was a true joy in her eyes, digging herself deeper into a snowcave...[50/2 Summicron]
